There’s still a chance to score a last-minute vacation getaway for 2024
Allegiant Airlines, a discount air carrier based in Las Vegas, recently released dozens of last minute flight deals with wide availability throughout the end of the year. Best of all, many of the one-way fares are under $50 and include popular winter getaway destinations such as Sarasota, FL and Orlando, FL.
Travel + Leisure spotted a variety of one-way deals including:
- Asheville, NC (AVL) to Tampa / St. Petersburg, FL (PIE) from $38
- Belleville / St. Louis, MO (BLV) to Destin / Ft. Walton Beach, FL (VPS) from $50
- Bentonville / Fayetteville, AR (XNA) to Orlando/Sanford, FL (SFB) $50
- Cincinnati, OH (CVG) to Punta Gorda / Ft. Myers, FL (PGD) from $50
- Phoenix / Mesa, AZ (AZA) to Provo, UT (PVU) from $38
Some of the cheapest fares start at just $38 and include flights from Indianapolis, IN to Fort Myers, FL (PQD), as well as Phoenix / Mesa, AZ to Las Vegas, NV.
Allegiant provides low-cost service to regional airports, which explains why the airline operates out of neighboring Mesa, AZ instead of the major airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
All of the fares listed have availability on select days throughout the end of 2024, and are available for purchase in Allegiant’s lowest class of service, however passengers can select add-ons for a bundle that includes a carry-on item, seat assignment, and priority access for an additional fee.
The airline provides helpful tools such as selecting a desired origin airport, and maximum budget, to find flights that align with specific goals.
Allegiant recently expanded their route network, with new service to Gulf Shores, AL, Colorado Springs, CO, and Columbia, SC. The updates were described by the company as the “largest expansion” in the company’s history, and are scheduled to take place in February 2025.
